C3 has conceived, planned, written, and edited numerous lesson plans and activities for National Geographic's Xpeditions. These lessons have addressed the goals of various stakeholders, as well as the national geography standards. Featured Projects Emerging Explorers Lesson Series C3 developed a series of 24 lessons to highlight National Geographic Emerging Explorers and their work, designed both to inform and to inspire students. Under the Sea: The Life and Work of Emerging Explorer Thierny Thys Click to visit This lesson, written for grades 9–12, will help students learn more about recent advances in the study of sea life and how the people who do it may ultimately affect the sea, its health, and its inhabitants. Activities In addition to lesson plans, C3 has also developed activities for all grade levels.
